Thank you for booking with me. Be sure to read and sign the cancellation policy and release of liability before our session. 

My office is located at 2690 Lake Forest Rd in Tahoe City, CA. Enter the building from the door on the right, go up the stairs and head All the way down the hall to the last door on the right.

New Rolf Structural Integration clients will be contacted by Jenna for a quick phone intake and to collect credit card information. Please respect my cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the session, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full. I respect your time and investment, please do the same for me.

Cancellations and schedule changes made within 48 hours of your appointment start time will be charged 50% of the session price.

Cancellations, schedule changes and no-shows made within 24 hours of your appointment start time will be charge 100% of the session price.

Payments for cancellation can be made via cash, check, Venmo or PayPal. Credit cards can be used as well and will be charged an additional 5% transaction fee.

I may or may not be able to accommodate late arrivals depending on my schedule. You will be charged the full amount regardless.
