A 75 minute practice dedicated to creating space in the whol body, via creating space in the side body. Great for pregnant women and any who exprience low back discomfort.
A 14 minute breakdown of the pranayamas (breath) kapalbhati and kumbhaka. Both the technique and the benefits will be discussed, in addition to a short practice at the end, in which the practitioner can repeat on their own.
