Jenna has been practicing bodywork and massage therapy since 2004 and obtained her certification in rolf structural integration  in December of 2021. Each session holds space for the client and their physical, mental and emotional needs in present time with the intention of cultivating whole human Wellness. Modalities include deep tissue, passive movement/stretching, reiki, aromatherapy and myofascial release. 

With over 1,000 hours of yoga education + 25 years of practice, Jenna is passionate about sharing this practice with others. Movement sessions with Jenna are cultivated with an awareness of  nervous system regulation, patterns in the body and intentional shifts of energy in all of the facets of our being.

Palisades Yoga

A true restorative yin classes with 4-7 minutes spent in each shape. Support of props, touch and mediation invite particicpants to explore passive rest.

Movement as Medicine is an exploration and celebration of what it is to be human. Intuition, seasonal elements and collective consciousness inform the content of this class. A somatic approach to movement invites participants to create a conversation with their body through traditional yogic practices as well as exploratory movement. Modifications and variations are offered as all are welcome to this offering.
